"ROLIS" is a device that transfers and captures images of a cylindrical surface onto a two-dimensional imaging sensor (CCD camera). We would like to introduce the imaging principle of the device "ROLIS," which transfers and captures images of a cylindrical surface onto a two-dimensional imaging sensor (CCD camera). In the outer peripheral imaging model, when the cylindrical surface is rotated to the left, the image on the imaging sensor surface flows to the right due to the lens. In synchronization with this, by moving the imaging sensor to the right, we can obtain an unfolded image of the cylindrical surface. We would like to introduce the software used for the device "ROLIS," which transfers and captures images of cylindrical surfaces onto a two-dimensional imaging sensor (CCD camera). It employs our original language (list program) equipped with translational processing functions. It is capable of image processing as well as controlling servo motors, cylinders, and various sensors. Additionally, control of the transport system and handshaking with front and rear devices can be easily achieved with simple operations. 【Screen Configuration】 ■ Inspection Screen - Displays image data, defect detection positions, measurement results, judgment results, graphs, etc. - Always shows an operation guide to the operator. ■ Adjustment Screen - Allows confirmation and adjustment of input/output signal status, light source status, and live camera images using the information on the screen. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
